How long will it take to receive my order?
If you request Standard UPS delivery within the U.S., your order will arrive in approximately 5-7 business days. However, backordered items may require 2-4 weeks for delivery. You will be notified by mail of any items on backorder.
Will shipping costs be more expensive if my order includes backordered titles?
No. You will be charged the same for shipping, no matter how many shipments are needed to complete your order.

What if I need to get my order FAST?
We offer Second Day and Overnight UPS delivery. The amount you will pay for this service will depend on the weight of your package and the destination address. Please note: Second Day and Overnight Orders received Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the same business day. Second Day and Overnight orders received on any weekday 12:00 pm or later (or on the weekend) will be shipped the following business day.
What if I need to ship my order outside of the U.S.?
Canadian orders will be shipped via USPS airmail unless otherwise requested. Customers not using our Shopping Cart should add 20% of the merchandise subtotal for shipping & handling costs. GST and HST charges also apply (See FAQs).
All other foreign orders will be shipped via airmail at a rate of 50% of the subtotal. However, orders of $100 or more may qualify for better shipping rates. Please contact us via e-mail for a quote (books@amerinursery.com).
