June 15 to 18: American Hosta Society National Convention
There are Scientific Sessions, a Hosta Show, a National Garden Tour, and a Plant Auction mandated by our bylaws. In addition, this is where the workshops are held for: Editors of newsletters, local gardening societies, Judges training clinics, beginner’s introduction-to-hostas seminars, and other similar programs.

June 22 to 24: Snow & Ice Symposium
The SIMA Snow & Ice Symposium is focused on snow and ice and takes place over two days of trade show and three days. The show will feature over 20 educational sessions and speakers.

June 23 to 25: American Conifer Society National Meeting
The conference will have an Asian flavor highlighting three gardens with conifer collections that incorporate Japanese gardening styles. One evening speaker will take attendees on a virtual tour of some of Japan’s gardens and another will talk about the art of bonsai. This conference has limited garden tours in order to include a lecture series.
