No matter the task at hand, the right piece of equipment can mean the difference between a job done and a job well done.
Getting the job done these days requires extra personnel power – without the extra personnel. That’s where good, solid, reliable equipment comes in. One of the items featured here just may help you accomplish all the day-to-day tasks that your contracts require.
Grapple rake attachment
The Toro® grapple rake attachment, for use with Toro Dingo® compact utility loaders, is ideal for picking up and removing trees, bushes, roots and rocks – as well as demolition and construction debris. The grapple rake attachment is 34.5 inches wide, weighs 270 pounds and includes two hydraulic cylinders. Its compact design allows operators to fit through gates and narrow access openings to pick up materials.
The grapple rake attachment’s clamping force from tip to tip is 3,000 pounds, and its tines are strong enough to dig up roots and rocks. The thick AR400 teeth of the grapple are nearly four times stronger than regular steel and almost three times as hard, making it one of the strongest and most durable grapples on the market.

High-value zero turn mowers
Designed to meet the exacting standards of lawn care professionals, the new Husqvarna P-ZT line of zero-turn mowers presents professionals an opportunity to increase their productivity without breaking the bank. The heart of the P-ZT series is the rugged, 2- by 3-inch tube style frame, with extreme-duty front caster assemblies that include pneumatic tires as standard equipment.
The fabricated cutting deck is constructed from twin 11-gauge steel sheet construction, which equates to a 1/4-inch-thick top deck area for added structure and spindle support. Cast aluminum blade spindles feature tapered roller bearing construction for increased service life. The cutting deck also includes heavy-duty scalp roller mounts and a rubber discharge shield. To meet the reliability and performance expectation of the ground drive system, the new P-ZT mowers utilize commercial-duty integrated ZT3400 transmissions with 12 cc pumps. This allows smooth operation, speeds up to 10 mph and reduced potential for hose and fitting leaks. The integrated design also creates a cleaner and wider open area under the seat to improve serviceability.

Towable hydraulic digger
With labor in scarce supply these days, a digger that offers one-man operation comes in pretty handy. The 660 Dig-R-Mobile from General Equipment Company can be towed at legal highway speeds, and includes a quick-attach towbar with adjustable ball coupler and 4.80 x 12 wheels and tires with separate hubs. The digger quickly produces clean, usable holes in a wide range of soil classifications; the high-performance, 13-hp Honda gas engine allows operation at reduced speeds – helping to extend component life and making a little less neighbor-annoying noise.
For added versatility, the 660’s high-performance, 8 GPM hydraulic system also operates popular HTMA Class II hydraulic tools. It features the largest oil reservoir in its class, providing maximum system cooling. An exclusive Snap-Lok® Auger Storage system eases maneuvering on the job site.
